Hosted Buyers Programme

The Hosted Buyers programme aims to ensure the presence of high level international and national professionals.

Hosted Buyers may benefit from total or partial coverage of travel expenses, enjoy special conditions for visiting the trade fair and holding meetings with the exhibiting companies.

Who can participate in the Hosted Buyers Programme?

Professionals of international and national companies* of high level, with capacity of prescription, purchase and/or investment.

*Belonging to autonomous communities other than that of the celebration

What are the benefits of being part of the programme?

  • Total or partial coverage of travel and/or accommodation expenses.
  • Free Hosted Buyer's badge of preferential access to the trade fair for all the days of the celebration.
  • Access to the VIP Lounge, equipped with a meeting area, rest area, bar service, information and personalised advice.
  • Customised meetings agenda with exhibitors.

What are the commitments of the programme?

  • Attend the trade fair for at least 2 days.
  • Pick up your Welcome Pack on arrival at the venue.
  • Participate in the meeting agenda.
  • Hold at least 6 meetings* with exhibitors of your interest.

*The planning of the meeting agenda will be done through the organisation.

The Hosted Buyers selection is determined according to the participation criteria indicated by the organisation.
