The Innova and Emprende awards were born in the 14th edition of the fair. In the third edition, these two awards once again encouragee and recognised research and business dynamism.
The Innova award recognises the most innovative products or services presented by exhibitors at Alimentaria FoodTech. This award contributes to the promotion of innovative projects developed by companies in the machinery, technology and ingredients sector for the food and beverage industry.
Innovation must mean a substantial improvement in utility or applicability that adds value and relevance to the company and society.

Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony for the third edition of the Alimentaria FoodTech awards will take place in the Speakers’ Corner at FoodTech Innovarena. The winners will receive, from the most influential figures in the sector, the trophy that accredits them as winners.
