What a zero-loss dairy or beverage plant looks like, what has to be measured to get there, and what producers have recovered along the way.

Plants already know product goes to drain. Mass balance has been telling them for years. What has been missing is a way to see it happen.

Radio-frequency measurement changes that. Instead of inferring from time, volume, conductivity or turbidity, an RF sensor reads the liquid itself, inline and in real time, and reports what is in the pipe right now.

That is what makes Industrial AI possible on the liquid phase of a factory. Not better dashboards, but a direct measurement to act on, in milliseconds.
