Driving an innovation ecosystem: the INNOVA 2030 Plan and the European PREMIERE project
The INNOVA 2030 Plan is the innovation strategy of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food for Catalonia’s agri-food, forestry and rural sectors. Its aim is to strengthen the innovation ecosystem, foster cooperation among its actors, and enhance the impact of innovation, knowledge transfer and advisory services through a range of support instruments and actions. Within this framework, PREMIERE is a Horizon Europe project (2023-2027) that helps strengthen cooperation among actors by supporting farmers, advisors, researchers and other stakeholders in preparing stronger multi-actor project proposals.
