OKARA is a food ingredient obtained from soya pulp produced during the manufacture of soya drinks and tofu. This by-product, which has traditionally been under-utilised, undergoes dehydration and grinding processes. OKARA offers an exceptional nutritional profile, highlighting 50,6% of fibre and 35,7% of protein, as well as a very low carbohydrate content.
